As a local Wedding photographer I'm often asked to recommend various suppliers.
I have included some of the best in the biz below. I had the ultimate joy of working with a wonderful team recently on a styled shoot. There are plenty others I would also recommend for outside Oxfordshire. This year I have done more mileage than my usual for all the incredible weddings that I have been asked to photograph in the UK. I hope in years to come my camera and I will be taking trips abroad for destination weddings. However, there is no destination like the Cotswolds, and many choose to travel here for the purpose of a countryside wedding. There are many wonderful places to see if you are on honeymoon here too! I shall create a special honey moon blog post for those looking to escape to the country who want some inspiration!
I have always loved working with people and this photography industry is filled with lovely people. I have probably mentioned this before but meeting new people is kind of a hobby. Can you tell I'm not an introvert?
Many of the suppliers listed below I have worked with on real life weddings and it was brilliant to be together again at Minster Mill and Spa. The catering team really looked after all those involved with the shoot and provided a scrumptious lunch for us whilst we were busily creating the wonderful images.
Jules the florist had gathered all she needed from Covent Garden, such a cool place to visit. I have taken my middle child there for a Birthday treat. It is exciting being in the hubbub of city life, but I do enjoy living in a village, especially with a dog who can be allowed to run off lead for miles so long as his recall is on point!!! I digress. Jules creates stunning works of art through her floristry and it was fabulous seeing her create so prolifically.
We had six dresses to play with on the day, provided by Aileen and Lauren at Proposals Bridal shop in Witney. Jenna and Bex looked absolutely stunning in each and every one. Aileen really looked after them in the fitting a week before the shoot. It makes all the difference having a kind hearted person on hand to help guide you and bring the best options out for you to try. Aileen from Proposals is a total gem and expert in her field, making everyone feel completely relaxed.
We had Jessica from Anelli Luxury Engagment and Wedding Rings who provided the incredible jewellery. Jessica shows all her expertise when talking all thing jewels and it's fascinating following her on the gram. I always learn something new from the quizzes posted on the stories.
Laura from Twist was gentle kind and professional and creates remarkable hair and make-up for any bride to feel their absolute best! Laura created the beautiful Jenna's look.
Jules from 'Jl special occasion looks' I've worked with before last year at Beckie and Huw's real life wedding which was featured In County Wedding Magazine. Jules created beautiful Bex's look. Jules provided a wonderful smilling service and made Bex (whom she'd never met before the shoot) feel completely safe in her careful hands.

Laura was brilliant, Its the fashion now to bring your dog to your wedding. Okay not for the whole day that would be barmy! Laura is a dog chaperone, she will bring your dog along to be part of the family photos. They are after all central to any family. Buddy, our black cocker spaniel has certainly brought me and my three kids closer together. I can't imagine not having him as part of any special occasion. Laura makes it possible for your dog to be included and well looked-after too.
Angela from British Classic Car Hire is truly lovely and having a car like above (Victoria is her name) make the day feel wonderfully special.
Jane, from The Oxford Calligrapher is an all-round sunny, kind wonderful person to have on hand for any prep before your wedding and creates the most wonderful stationery.
